More extreme camera movements applied, this time tilt. The is no single point of attention here, just an overall soft flow and glow. The backlighting helps and the blurred large foreground area add to this. A very tasty display of out of focus areas, but it raises the question whether this is just a gimmick or not. For now, I consider this as bokeh, just at different places than we're used to. Needs more exploration.
